The Broker Desk is operated by Tradek EOOD, Elena Varakadjieva 2, Sofia, Bulgaria (company number 208946378). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tradek EOOD, and “you” means the person who buys.

What you buy

The 30-Day Broker Plan is a bundle of three digital products: a PDF guide (The 30-Day Broker Plan), an Excel workbook, and a PDF of message templates (The Broker Message Pack). It is sold for a single payment and has no subscription.

Delivery

After your payment, you are taken to a download page where you can download all three files straight away. You do not need to create an account. Please save the files to your device. If you have a problem with your download, email us and we will fix it.

Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Whop. We do not see or store your card details.

If The 30-Day Broker Plan isn’t right for you for any reason, email desk@thebrokerdeskhq.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

• What is covered: the full purchase price, for all three products.
• How to ask: send one email from the address you bought with, or tell us the email you used at checkout.
• When you are paid back: we process refunds promptly. Depending on your bank or payment method, the money usually appears within 3 to 7 business days.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, which it does not reduce.

Licence: how you may use the files

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself. Please do not share, resell, post or distribute the files or the download link, or pass them off as your own. The templates inside may be adapted and used in your own messages.

• The Broker Desk is educational material. It does not guarantee that you will find a deal, earn a fee or make any income. Results depend on your own work, market conditions and many things we do not control.
• Nothing we sell is legal, tax or financial advice. The sample fee agreement is a starting point only. We recommend having any agreement reviewed by a lawyer in your country before you rely on it.
• You are responsible for following the laws and regulations that apply to you and to the activity you carry out.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep our products accurate, but they are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from your business decisions or from deals that do or do not happen. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.
