Who we are

The Broker Desk is operated by Tradek EOOD, Elena Varakadjieva 2, Sofia, Bulgaria (company number 208946378). Tradek EOOD is the controller of your personal data.

What we collect

Email address, when you request the free guide.

Purchase details, if you buy a product. Payments are handled by Whop, which collects your name, email, billing details and payment information. We do not see or store your card details.

Messages you send us, for example if you comment or message us on Instagram or TikTok, or reply to our emails.

Technical data, such as whether you opened an email or clicked a link, collected by our email tool.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To send you the free guide you asked for (performance of your request).

To send you our weekly emails, only if you agreed when you signed up (your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.

To deliver and support products you buy, and to keep records required by tax and accounting law (contract and legal obligation).

To keep our emails and systems secure and working (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the business. They process data for us under their own terms:

systeme.io, for the sign-up page and email delivery.

Whop, for payments and product delivery.

ManyChat and Meta (Instagram), if you message us on Instagram.

Our accountant and professional advisers, where needed.

We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers are based outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on a recognised safeguard, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.

Purchase and invoice records: for as long as Bulgarian tax and accounting law requires us to keep them, which can be up to 10 years.

Messages you send us: for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email desk@thebrokerdeskhq.com and we will respond within one month.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.

You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
